Go figure.

Well, score one for the makeup, but I spoke too soon about not running late and the jewelry. 5 minutes after my last post I was on my way out the door when Jon, kindly attempting to save me some embarrassment, tried to rip the price tag off of my necklace and the chain broke. We did our best to try to fix it, but if you'd seen the cheap price on the tag you'd realize it was a lost cause. Fifteen minutes later, I was predictably behind schedule. However, I did arrive at the restaurant less than 10 minutes late, which is pretty good these days!
